Picture Organic Civic Wetsuit — a high-tech, eco-friendly full-length wetsuit crafted with Picture Organic’s innovative materials and construction. Featuring NaturalPrene® technology — a neoprene-free foam blend of natural rubber and synthetic rubber — the suit offers exceptional stretch, insulation and reduced environmental impact.
Key features include zip-free entry for better mobility, glued & blind-stitched seams (GBS) with fully taped critical areas for waterproof performance, a “Motion Pattern” design for unhindered shoulder movement, comfort zones with extra thickness in chest/rib areas, drain holes and embedded knee-pads.

⁃ Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
⁃ For those who wish to pick up their order in person, a self-pickup service is provided.

The order is sent within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment to the company's current account

Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- returned with all original components and packaging
- free from any damage caused by use
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund will include the price of the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or similar reasons), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
