Designed by Parker Payne, the Phase Five Phantom is a high-performance surf-style board built for technical riders seeking speed and agility. Its concave deck increases sensitivity underfoot, while the parallel outline, precise rocker, and bottom concave work together to generate speed, pop, and predictable response. For 2027, the previous 57″ size has been replaced by dedicated 56″ and 59″ options to further dial in the Phantom offering for a wider range of riders.
Flightlite V2 Pro Select construction keeps the board lightweight without sacrificing durability. A Futures quad-fin setup adds drive and control through powerful turns while preserving the release needed for airs and advanced maneuvers.

Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery
⁃ Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
⁃ For those who wish to pick up their order in person, a self-pickup service is provided.

The order is sent within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment to the company's current account

In the event that the product is not in stock or if an individual order is placed, please fill out the appropriate form on the page of the product you wish to order or contact us by writing to the e-mail address cityswell.shop@gmail.com.
Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- returned with all original components and packaging
- free from any damage caused by use
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund will include the price of the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or similar reasons), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
