The Phase Five Matrix is a competition-proven skim-style board built for advanced riders. Its thin core and boxy rails deliver immediate response and strong pop, while the symmetrical outline rides naturally in both directions. Subtle V-Spline bottom contours carry speed through technical combinations and keep the board sensitive underfoot.
Durable Hybrid Carbon construction provides the responsiveness needed for demanding riding. The single-fin setup comes equipped with a 1” Skim Fin for low drag, quick release, and precise control.

Delivery across Ukraine

⁃ Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
⁃ For those who wish to pick up their order in person, a self-pickup service is provided.

The order is sent within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment to the company's current account

In the event that the product is not in stock or if an individual order is placed, please fill out the appropriate form on the page of the product you wish to order or contact us by writing to the e-mail address cityswell.shop@gmail.com.
Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- returned with all original components and packaging
- free from any damage caused by use
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund will include the price of the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or similar reasons), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

- the reason for the return
- photos of the item (if there is a defect)
