The Phase Five Sensei, designed by John Akerman is an exciting new shape for 2026. As wakesurf waves have grown exponentially bigger over the past few years, it was time to turn the page and design a surfboard that handles better on faster, steeper waves. The reason the Sensei performs so well is its narrow profile and pulled-in tail design. A straight-angled midsection channels speed seamlessly into the wings on the tail. These wings create a super-narrow tail that unlocks a new level of intensity and control when surfing the most challenging moments behind the boat. The Phase Five Sensei Wakesurfer is glassed with our 2X HD Propel™ layup for ultimate performance and is equipped with a quad FCS Fusion fin setup.

⁃ Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
⁃ For those who wish to pick up their order in person, a self-pickup service is provided.

The order is sent within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment to the company's current account

In the event that the product is not in stock or if an individual order is placed, please fill out the appropriate form on the page of the product you wish to order or contact us by writing to the e-mail address cityswell.shop@gmail.com.
Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- returned with all original components and packaging
- free from any damage caused by use
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund will include the price of the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or similar reasons), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
