The Phase Five Model X LTD features our most advanced and eye popping build yet. Unlike any wakesurf board you’ve ever seen, built with CopperHead Carbon and gold flake bottom. The Phase Five Model X Wakesurfer is easy to ride while still delivering high-end performance. Its full outline with a gradual entry rocker flows nicely into the unique single wing swallow tail making this board very stable, fast and maneuverable. The versatile Model X board is ready to cruise in the pocket or cut loose above the lip, making it a solid choice for most riders. The Model X is equipped with a tri-fin setup loaded with 2” Skim Fins for maximum control.

⁃ Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
⁃ For those who wish to pick up their order in person, a self-pickup service is provided.

The order is sent within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment to the company's current account

In the event that the product is not in stock or if an individual order is placed, please fill out the appropriate form on the page of the product you wish to order or contact us by writing to the e-mail address cityswell.shop@gmail.com.
Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- returned with all original components and packaging
- free from any damage caused by use
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund will include the price of the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or similar reasons), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

- your order number
- the reason for the return
- photos of the item (if there is a defect)
We will respond with instructions on how to return the item.
