The Phase Five Hypsta V2 has been re-vamped with a sleek outline for 2026! We felt that there was more shred-a-bility to be found in the Hypsta shape and maximized performance with the new outline. The nose and mid-section of the Hypsta has stayed the same, we pulled in the tail shape considerably to give the board more control and maneuverability without sacrificing too much volume. This board is a catch all, easy rider to get the entire crew wake surfing behind the boat- now with more shredding packed into it for the more advanced rider! It comes equipped with a versatile TRI-Fin setup to suit all riding levels.

Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery
⁃ Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
⁃ For those who wish to pick up their order in person, a self-pickup service is provided.

The order is sent within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment to the company's current account

In the event that the product is not in stock or if an individual order is placed, please fill out the appropriate form on the page of the product you wish to order or contact us by writing to the e-mail address cityswell.shop@gmail.com.
Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- returned with all original components and packaging
- free from any damage caused by use
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund will include the price of the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or similar reasons), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

- photos of the item (if there is a defect)
