The kids’ Phase Five Scamp Wakesurfer uses a wide stable profile that carries the right amount of momentum to stay in the wave. The thin skim style core provides exceptional float and maintains excellent rail sensitivity for the lighter rider. The tri-fin setup is configured with our 2” Skim Fin in the center, and Fakie 1” Skim Fins on the sides. This fin configuration locks the Scamp into the wave with plenty of drive and helps it turn on a dime. The Phase Five Scamp Wakesurfer is a great starting platform for young riders.
All boards are coming in different individual colors.

Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery
⁃ Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
⁃ For those who wish to pick up their order in person, a self-pickup service is provided.

Delivery terms
The order is sent within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment to the company's current account

In the event that the product is not in stock or if an individual order is placed, please fill out the appropriate form on the page of the product you wish to order or contact us by writing to the e-mail address cityswell.shop@gmail.com.
Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- returned with all original components and packaging
- free from any damage caused by use
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund will include the price of the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or similar reasons), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

- your order number
- the reason for the return
- photos of the item (if there is a defect)
We will respond with instructions on how to return the item.
